Terms of sale, delivery & refunds

Last updated: 15 October 2026. Template: check it against current GOV.UK and Citizens Advice guidance and fill in the [square-bracket] details before launch.

1. About us

These terms apply to purchases from pqfit.co.uk, run by [YOUR NAME / BUSINESS NAME], [ADDRESS], United Kingdom. Contact: hello@pqfit.co.uk.

2. What you're buying

PQFit sells digital content: downloadable PDF guides and spreadsheets. Nothing physical is posted. Each product page describes what's included. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. We currently sell to customers in the United Kingdom.

3. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, we email download links to the address you gave at checkout, normally within minutes. Each link works up to 5 times and expires after 7 days. Please save your files. If you don't receive your email within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll resend it.

4. Your right to cancel

You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download begins, as long as you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged this before paying. At checkout we ask you to confirm: “I want immediate access to my download. I understand that once the download begins I lose my 14-day right to cancel.” If you haven't started any download, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Email us.

5. Faulty content and refunds

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file is faulty, incomplete or doesn't match its description, tell us and we'll repair or replace it. If we can't, you're entitled to a refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

6. Using your purchase

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content yourself. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute it. All content is © PQFit.

7. Health and safety

PQFit products are general fitness and nutrition information for healthy adults. They are not medical advice and are not a treatment for any condition. Speak to your GP before starting a new exercise or nutrition plan if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant or take medication. You take part at your own risk. Results vary and aren't guaranteed.

8. Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in your local courts in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
